By using Makrofy, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Service Description

Makrofy is a nutrition tracking and fitness application that helps you log meals, track calories and macronutrients, analyze food photos with AI, and follow exercise and diet programs.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your account and all activities performed under it. Do not share your account credentials with third parties.

Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Makrofy offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Plus and Pro) and one-time scan credit packs.

• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Pricing: Subscription prices vary by country and are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase. Prices are set in App Store Connect and may be adjusted from time to time.
• Free trials: If a free trial is offered, the unused portion of the trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: As digital content, subscriptions are subject to Apple's standard refund policy. You may request a refund through Apple Support.
• Scan packs: Scan credit packs are one-time, non-recurring purchases and are non-refundable once used.

Acceptable Use

The following uses are prohibited:

• Using the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
• Distributing malicious content or interfering with app operations
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse free features or trials

Makrofy is not a medical application and does not provide medical advice. All nutritional values, calorie estimates, and AI-based food analysis results are approximations and should not be used as a substitute for professional dietary or medical advice.

If you have any health conditions, allergies, eating disorders, or are pregnant, consult a qualified healthcare professional or registered dietitian before making dietary changes based on information from this app.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of Makrofy are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

Content You Provide

You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., food photos). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the app's features (e.g., AI nutritional analysis).

Service Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to inform users of significant changes.

Limitation of Liability

Makrofy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to inaccurate nutritional data, service interruptions, or data loss.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Turkey.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
